Terms of Agreement

EASY LIFT DOOR COMPANY PREMIER PROTECTION PLAN MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This EASY LIFT DOOR COMPANY PREMIER PROTECTION PLAN MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) between the undersigned (“you,” “your”) and Easy Lift Door Company, LLC (“Easy Lift,” “us,” “our”), outlines the terms and conditions of your membership in our exclusive home garage door service program. Your membership is effective as of the date you sign this Agreement.

1. Membership Fees

You can choose to pay for your Premier Protection Plan membership either monthly at $20.00 per month or annually at a discounted rate of $149.00 per year, paid upfront.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member of the Premier Protection Plan, you are entitled to the following benefits:

• 10% Discount on Parts: Enjoy a 10% discount on all parts required for repairs or maintenance.

3. Term and Renewal

The “Term” of your Premier Protection Plan membership begins on the date we receive your initial payment and continues for each month you have paid for or up to one year if prepaid. Upon expiration, your membership will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions, unless you provide us with written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the current membership term.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel, you must notify us in writing, and your membership benefits will cease at the end of the paid Term. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership fees.

5. Modifications to Terms and Fees

We reserve the right to modify the membership fees or terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be effective upon renewal of your membership. We will notify you of any fee increases or significant changes to the terms at least 30 days before the end of your current Term.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the current membership year. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

7. Arbitration of Disputes

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in the jurisdiction where Easy Lift Door Company is located.
